This product provides ultraviolet protection in a wide variety of polymers including styrene homo- and copolymers, engineering plastics such as polyesters and acrylic resins, polyvinyl chloride, and other halogen containing polymers and copolymers (e.g. vinylidenes), acetals and cellulose esters. Elastomers, adhesives, polycarbonate blends, polyurethanes, and some cellulose esters and epoxy materials.
UV- 3638 offers very strong and broad UV absorption with no color contribution. Possesses very good stabilization for polyesters, polycarbonates and Nylon. Provides low volatility. Imparts high UV screening efficiency.
UV-1577 features that high temperature resistant, low volatility, and it is not easy to separate out when added a high amount.
Good compatibility with most of the polymer, additives and formula resin.
This product is suitable for PET, PBT, PC, polyether ester, acrylic acid copolymer, PA, PS, PMMA, SAN, polyolefin, etc.
UV 5050 H can be used in all polyolefins. It is particularly suitable for water-cooled tape production, films containing PPA and TiO2 and agricultural applications. It can also be used in PVC, PA and TPU as well as in ABS and PET.
UV-3030 provides completely transparent polycarbonate parts with excellent protection from yellowing, while maintaining the clarity and natural colour of the polymer in both thick laminates and coextruded films.
This product is a light stabilizer with good performance, capable of absorbing the UV radiation of 240-340 nm wavelength with the characteristics of light color, nontoxic, good compatibility, small mobility, easy processing etc. It can protect the polymer to its maximum extent, helps to reduce the color. It can also delay the yellowing and obstacle the loss of its physical function. It is widely applied to PE, PVC, PP, PS, PC organic glass, polypropylene fiber, ethylene-vinyl acetate etc.

Plasticized PVC: 0.1-0.3wt% based on polymer weight
Polyurethane: 0.2-1.0wt% based on polymer weight
Polyamide: 0.2-0.5wt% based on polymer weight
UV-571 is a liquid benzotriazole UV absorbers can be used for thermoplastic PUR coatings and overall foam, rigid plasticized PVC, PVB, PMMA, PVDC, EVOH, EVA, high temperature curing of unsaturated polyester as well as PA, PET,, PUR and PP fiber spinning additives, latex, wax, adhesives, styrene homopolymer – and copolymers, elastomers and polyolefin.
This product is a high-efficienct UV radiation absorbing agent, capable of effectively absorbing UV radiation of 290-400 nm wavelength ,but it almost does not absorb visible light, particularly applicable to light-colored transparent products.
