It has poor weather resistance, and when exposed to light and heat for a long time, PVC is prone to aging, discoloration, brittleness, etc.
Therefore, PVC stabilizers must be added during the processing to effectively prevent thermal decomposition, extend lifespan, maintain appearance, and improve processing performance.
To improve the performance and appearance of the finished product, producers often add small amounts of additives. Adding OBA can improve the whiteness of PVC products. Compared with other whitening methods, using OBA has lower costs and significant effects, making it suitable for large-scale production. Antioxidants, light stabilizers, UV absorbers plasticizers, etc are good choices for extending the product's lifespan.
